Brighter Futures

Brighter Futures runs free early-years sessions across Thurrock family hubs, with family hub listings covering baby rhyme time, sensory play for babies, baby massage, messy play, soft play and stay and play.

The current listings run from birth to age 2. Some sessions are clearly baby-led, while others are aimed at 1 to 2 year-olds, so the age split is easy to compare before choosing a venue.

Ockendon, Stanford and Purfleet-on-Thames all appear in the timetable, with weekday mornings and early afternoons used throughout. The Ockendon Family Hub timetable is a practical place to start if you want a nearby slot.
