Calderdale Family Hubs

Calderdale Family Hubs brings local family support together across five hub areas, with services from conception through to age 19, or 25 for young people with SEND.

The current family hub offer includes baby groups, baby-and-toddler groups, toddler groups and stay-and-play sessions for children from birth to age 5, with named hubs such as Sowerby Bridge, Elland, Wellholme Park, Northowram and Shelf, Illingworth and Innovations. That gives parents a clear way to compare the local network and pick the nearest option.

Parents can use the Calderdale family hubs information to choose a local hub, then complete the online membership form or bring a downloaded copy to the nearest centre. The five-area structure makes it straightforward to match age, location and family support in one place.
