City of Wolverhampton Council's Best Start Family Hubs bring support and activities together for families from pregnancy through childhood, with help up to age 19 or 25 for young people with SEND. Named hubs include Bingley, Children's Village, Dove, Eastfield, Graiseley, Low Hill, Rocket Pool and Whitmore Reans.

The offer includes child development, infant feeding support, emotional health and wellbeing, stay and play, parenting support, housing support, benefits and welfare rights advice, employment and training, SEND support, out-of-school activities, birth registrations and adult education. Families can walk in, telephone or be referred by a professional.

The hubs list weekday opening times, and the listed activities in the network are free. That makes the network easy to use if you want a local hub visit, a support appointment or a regular early-years session.
