Salford Family Hubs

Salford Family Hubs provide a family hubs network for families, with support across pregnancy, early years and the wider child and family journey. The offer reaches children from birth to 19, and up to 25 for children and young people with SEND.

The current programme includes baby groups, baby-and-toddler groups, stay and play and toddler groups for ages 0 to 5, with venues such as Swinton Family Hub, Broughton Family Hub, Winton Family Hub and Irlam and Cadishead Family Hub. Families can use the nearest hub to match age band and location.

Early Help Practitioners can help with child health, sleep, feeding, behaviour and other family support, and parents can make an online referral if they want to take the next step. That makes the offer useful both for regular early-years sessions and for wider support around day-to-day family life.
