Baby Sensory

Yes. Three-week trial bookings are available for the current Summer term (2nd June – 16th July 2026), alongside full-term booking. If you join partway through the term and there is space, you pay only for the remaining sessions.

The main Baby Sensory class covers babies from birth to 13 months, so very young babies are welcome. There is also a separate Hello Baby programme specifically for birth to 3 months, which focuses on reading your baby's cues, recognising different cries, understanding colic, and early massage and reflexology. Both programmes run at this Sutton venue.

Each session opens with a signature song, then works through creative play, massage, tummy time, movement, visual stimulation, textures, scents, and music. Sensory signing activities are included to encourage early communication. Every session closes with sounds that mimic the womb to settle babies. You can feed or hold your baby whenever they need it — the session does not require your baby to be alert throughout.

The programme does not specify items to bring to class. Props and toys from the sessions are available to buy from the Baby Sensory shop if you want to continue activities at home, but there is no equipment requirement to attend.
